At YIWU MARKET, we offer a replacement-only policy. We do not accept returns or provide refunds, except in cases where the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

Replacement Eligibility

You may request a replacement within 30 days of receiving your item if:

  • The item is damaged, defective, or incorrect

  • The item is unused, in its original condition, with original packaging

  • You can provide proof of purchase

Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at info@yiwumarket.in so we can evaluate the issue and arrange a replacement.

Once approved, we will provide instructions for the replacement process.

Non-Replaceable Items

The following items are not eligible for replacement:

  • Personal care and beauty products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Hazardous or flammable materials

  • Sale items and gift cards

Replacement Process

  • Replacements are processed only after verification

  • Items sent without prior approval will not be accepted

  • In some cases, we may request the item to be returned to:
